About the Event
Nicola and Jo are passionate about gut health and 'brew it yourself'! This promises to be a fun evening making your own Kombucha and Kimchi, learning the process and benefits of fermented food.
All ingredients and equipment provided will be seasonal with handpicked, foraged ingredients as available. You will take away a starter jar of Kombucha and a jar of Kimchi.
