About the Event
Nicola and Jo are passionate about gut health and 'brew it yourself'! This promises to be a fun evening making your own Kombucha and Sauerkraut, learning the process and benefits of fermented food.
All ingredients and equipment will be provided. You will take away a starter jar of Kombucha and a jar of Sauerkraut.
