A beautiful way to spend a Friday evening ...Join us at the gallery for a gentle hands on workshop exploring medicinal plants through walking, observation and making.
We begin with a slow walk onto the downs, learning how to recognise and forage seasonal plants.
Back at vthe gallerywe will work with what we have found-making fresh herbal teas and simple ointments whilst learning abouttheir healing properties.
