Jo's love of printmaking has lead her to Linocutting. These images she uses are reminiscent of Victorian postcards depicting shells and seaside images, all of which she uses with whimsical precision. 

Aubrey Beardsley simple line is an influence as are Arthur Rackham's illustrations.

She brings to life sea folk and has become a conchologist.
